Our services are intended for individuals seeking mental health support. Services are not suitable for individuals in immediate crisis—please contact emergency services or a crisis hotline if you are in danger or need urgent care.
No Therapist-Client relationship through website

Submitting information through this website (including the contact form or booking tool) does not establish a therapist-client relationship. A therapist-client relationship is only established once a formal agreement is signed and an initial session is scheduled.
Confidentiality and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. All information shared during therapy sessions is confidential in accordance with applicable laws and professional ethical guidelines.
However, communications through this website (including contact forms and emails) may not be HIPAA-compliant. Do not share sensitive health information through the website.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Individual Sessions (50 minutes)
Payment for regular 50-min sessions is due at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are processed through Autopay.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the full rate being charged.
EMDR Intensives
EMDR Intensives require 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to Day 1 of the intensive.
Cancellations or rescheduling Intensives must be made at least 1 week in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the full rate being charged.
